Hello
I am looking for a manufacturer of a product I am hoping to bring to the market here in England, UK. It is basically an EL badge/sign that cyclists can use to attach to their clothing or rucksacks to make them more noticable at night. I hope you understand my description.
It would need to be approximately 20/25cm by 10/15cm, and as I said easily attachable to clothing or a rucksack. I aim to market the product at commuters so the graphics would need to be of a cyclist.
The product would have to be low cost, as I aim for this to be part of a campaign to make people more visible at night and reduce accidents - so low-cost to the consumer.
Is it possible you can help me?

To let you know a bit about my company. I am in the process of setting Proviz up here in London. It is all about high viz and electroluminescent cycling and running gear.
